user, advertiser, and/or affiliate you agree that by the act of purchasing
service, downloading information, or general use of the service that you are
bound to the Terms & Conditions of DonateMyCar.com, which is outlined below.
Agreement Terms :
All visitors of this site,
whether they are paying customers or users are bound by the agreements in the
Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. This
information is available by clicking the appropriate links.
Any of the
information disclosed on this service is not permitted to be forwarded or sold,
as this is the property of DonateMyCar.com. DonateMyCar.com does not tolerate the
collection of Email Addresses for the use of spam.
Visitors of this site
agree to be of legal age, over 18 years old. If visitors are under 18 years of
age, they agree to have parental permission to visit and/or use the services
available on this site. Parents of underage users agree to their minor's use and
agree to these Terms & Conditions. All visitors agree to disclose truthful
information in regards to contact information, payment information, and/or any
other type of information exchange used on this site. All visitors agree that
payment transactions are done in good faith and agreement to these terms.
Visitors agree that any fraudulent activity is subject to prosecution and
investigation by the appropriate agencies. Delinquent payments are subject to
the terms outlined in payment schedules upon registration. Visitors agree that
all information, content, and materials specific of this site and DonateMyCar.com
are property of GetUsedParts.com, LLC and that any copying of this information
is in violation of the law. The use of this site's materials, products, or
service is not to be used to violate the law. DonateMyCar.com is released from any
and all claims, damages, and demands involved with disputes between advertisers
and visitors of this site.
Visitors agree as per the Terms &
Conditions to not disclose personal information, such as passwords to others for
use of this service. DonateMyCar.com is licensed to receive and use information
that is disclosed through this service.
The use of this site is at the
discretion of DonateMyCar.com and DonateMyCar.com may terminate any use by anyone at
any time without notification.
Liability Limits and Postings

DonateMyCar.com is not held liable for damages of all kinds
regarding use of this site, errors on the site, viruses on the site or products,
failure of the site to operate, third party links, and/or any purchase or
service.
Visitor information is permitted for disclosure to law
enforcement authorities or for subpoena purposes.
Visitors agree to
disclose information only relevant to the service provided by this site. The use
of profanity, offensive communication of any nature, misuse of services or
information, or compromises to service (such as conducting other business other
than services offered on this site) is a breach of this agreement and is
prohibited.
DonateMyCar.com waives legal warranties implied by law under
the Uniform Commercial Code.
DEFINITION OF ROLES
Role Agreements:
User :
The term "User" refers to a person or persons who access this
service in the capacity and intent of locating and rating salvage yards. A user
may consist of a person or persons from the following, but not limited to:
general public, insurance adjustors, body shops, junkyards, salvage yards,
repair shops. All users who submit a rating are required to complete certain
fields as outlined in the rating page. Users are protected by the Privacy Policy, which guards against misuse of personal
information. DonateMyCar.com is not, however, responsible for disputes that may
occur between users and advertisers, as DonateMyCar.com is not involved with
actual sales. Functioning as a user, individuals understand that this service
serves as an "as is" basis and operates as an information exchange linking
users' with advertisers of this service, and that all sales are performed
outside of the capacity of this site.
Advertiser :
The term "Advertiser" (or "Customer") refers to a person or persons
who pay the rate of fee for service as outlined in the Get Listed Page and any
other notifications of increase such fees. Advertisers will be receiving
expressed, written notification of any increases in subscription fees. As an
advertiser of DonateMyCar.com, advertisers agree to pay all applicable charges
following the Terms & Conditions agreement and/or the at the rate of payment
as selected by the advertiser. Subscriptions will continue and renew
automatically unless terminated by DonateMyCar.com or until advertisers notify
DonateMyCar.com of a decision to change the subscription renewal. If there are any
annual, monthly or similar periodic fees for subscription, these fees will be
billed automatically to the credit card designated during the registration
process for DonateMyCar.com at the start of the subscription period and at the
start of each renewal period, unless advertisers terminate the subscription
before the relevant period begins. Advertisers agree to pay or have paid all
fees and charges incurred in connection with the subscription for DonateMyCar.com
(including any applicable taxes) at the rates in effect when the charges were
incurred. All fees and charges for DonateMyCar.com service are nonrefundable.
DonateMyCar.com may change the fees and charges then in effect, or add new fees or
charges, by giving advertisers notice in advance. All fees and charges incurred
in connection with account names and passwords will be billed to the credit card
designated during the registration process for DonateMyCar.com. Advertisers also
are responsible for any fees or charges incurred to access DonateMyCar.com through
an Internet access provider or other third party service. Advertisers are
responsible to cancel service independently, or subscription will be charged
following the payment schedule selected. Advertisers agree to make prompt
payments, or otherwise are subject to late fees. Advertisers who are delinquent
with subscription payments are subject to suspension and/or termination of their
active service and will be charged all applicable fees for any returned checks,
declined credit cards, and/or any attorney fees if legal action is necessary.
Advertisers surrender the responsibility of DonateMyCar.com from any disputes or
any other liabilities involving sales to users from this service. DonateMyCar.com
is not responsible for any costs, damages, lost wages, attorney fees,
warranties, or other liabilities resulting in transactions or communications
between users and advertisers. Advertisers agree that this service serves as an
"as is" basis.
ADVERTISERS, AND NOT DonateMyCar.COM, ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING
ANY AMOUNTS BILLED TO THEIR CREDIT CARD BY A THIRD PARTY, WHICH WERE NOT
AUTHORIZED BY THE VENDOR.
This Agreement is personal to advertisers, and
advertisers may not assign vendor's rights or obligations to anyone.
Users and advertisers are bound by the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, and express sincere acceptance of these
policies by using services offered by this site. All content included on this
site, such as text, graphics, layout, design, logos, etc. are the property of
DonateMyCar.com, and exclusive content to DonateMyCar.com only.
